Ever since Millie was a little girl, stories have been the heartbeat of her life. She grew up sneaking onto her mum’s Kindle and devouring every romance and fantasy book she could get her hands on. Reading until her eyelids drooped and the words blurred. Creative writing quickly became her favourite part of school—not for the grades, but for the freedom. The worlds, realms, creatures and endless possibilities felt more like home than the four walls she went back to every night.
In Millie's teens and early twenties life nudged her more toward responsibilities, full-time work, and less time for creativity. For a while, she lost the space to dream freely. But then in early 2025, with a new home, a more flexible job, and the rare gift of a quieter mind, something shifted. Her imagination finally exhaled during a lunch break at work and Bonds of Fate was born.

Millie has always been a devoted reader and collector. If she loves a book, she'll acquire the standard edition, the Kindle version, and the special edition (or three). Millie is also an artist, and has been drawing since she was ten. Working primarily in graphite, charcoal, and coloured pencil. One day she hopes to merge her art with her writing, creating character illustrations, special edition covers, and immersive visuals for her readers.
Like many bookworms, Millie is an introvert to her core. Most days you can find her curled up on the couch with a book in hand or her laptop open, crafting new worlds with endless possibilities. She is also a passionate tea lover, with a collection of flavours that grows faster than her TBR pile. Classic blends, biscuit teas, caramelised notes, fruity and floral brews… if it exists, she's probably tried it.
Animal enthusiast
Animals are another soft spot of Millie's, especially cats. She is the proud (and slightly chaotic) cat mum to three: Koba, Jinx, and Feyre... yes, that Feyre, from ACOTAR.
